How long does delivery take?

Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat 54.90 TRY. Orders over 750 TRY ship free.

Can I return a book?

Yes. You may return any undamaged book within 14 days of delivery.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order link in the header with your order number and the e-mail address used on the order.

Do you sell e-books?

Selected titles are available as digital editions. After payment the download link appears in your account.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. We accept credit and debit cards through Ziraat Bank's virtual POS with 3D Secure. Your card details never touch our servers.
