Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders are prepared within one business day and handed to the courier. Shipping is a flat 54.90 TRY; orders over 750 TRY ship free of charge.

Returns

You may return an undamaged product within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by us when the fault is ours, and by the buyer when the return is for change of mind.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged, please note it on the courier's record and contact us the same day. We replace damaged or incorrectly shipped items at no cost.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
